Schedule is meant for preparation. If most people follow the same schedule it makes life easier for aspirants as well as mentors.
1. The schedule is made taking into account the basic requirements and that's why most of the maths ones are first.
2. Discussions can be organized if needed. Last year discussion archives are also there.
3. Before each subject I shall update the respective course pages.
4, yes, we don't have anyone to teach topics but we'll always try to make the answers in gateoverflow better and more intuitive.
5. moodle and gatecsewiki sites will be closed soon- all discussions will be on gateoverflow (probably google docs) and subject contents on gatecse.in.
Also do concentrate on aptitude part as its becoming more and more important for GATE. May be it should be in schedule at beginning. Because once aptitude part is strong, gate preparation becomes easier and rank also increases many fold.
kindly give the link of last year discussion
do u mean schedule?
no,,last year discussion slides(docs files ) .discusson that happened during december to january
That is under respective subject webpages
If i want to read from william stalling them ? which chapters should i have to read? Is that book good as compared to hamacher?
What type of schedule should one follow for starting preparation from September???
You can follow the same by shifting the subjects as whole. There is no requirement to follow the exact order, but some of them is important like Discrete Maths being first etc.
